The North Haven Fire Department invites residents to attend a free public safety education class focused on Hands-Only CPR and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). This engaging and informative course teaches participants how to recognize cardiac arrest, call 911, and provide effective chest compressions until help arrives. Attendees will also learn how to confidently locate and operate an AED. Led by trained fire department personnel, the class emphasizes quick action, personal safety, and lifesaving skills that empower community members to make a critical difference in an emergency.
