When we celebrate the holidays together with big meals, our traditional dishes are often heavy and leave us too tired to keep celebrating. At this event, we will learn ways to make some of our traditional meals lighter, and some new healthy holiday dishes that are lighter and will give us more energy to keep celebrating. Make sure to provide your email for the Zoom link and recipes upon registration. The recipes will arrive from our author/chef Colin McCullough a few days before the event so you may gather your supplies.
Open to ages 15 and up.
