Program Description
Event Details
Participants create unique postcards using collage, drawing, and mixed media with a written message encouraging or inspiring a stranger. The activity promotes empathy, connection, and self-expression in a relaxing/supportive setting. All materials are provided; no prior art experience required.
Provider: Caroline Galante, art therapist. I work with a mix of populations, using creative expression and therapeutic techniques to support healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
