Event Details
The outreach team from the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (CT DMV) will be onsite at the North Haven Memorial Library to perform limited paid services on a walk-in basis from 9 am - 1 pm.
Offered services:
- Renew/Duplicate a driver’s license
- Non-driver ID (New, Renewal, & Duplicate)
- Accessibility Parking Permits (Doctor's signature required unless duplicate)
- Renew vehicle registration
- Fines, tickets & suspensions
- REAL ID License Upgrades
- Learner’s permit (Duplicates only)
- Driver histories
Fees: These services are not free. All regular DMV fees are applicable. The DMV does not accept cash as it poses a potential safety risk for their staff.
Please note: All fees will be waived for a non-driver’s identification card issued to a resident of a homeless shelter or other facility for homeless persons or a certified homeless youth or certified homeless young adult. The fee waiver applies to new, duplicate and renewal. A director or other authorized official of the Homeless Shelter or other facility must sign and complete the appropriate section on the application for an identification card (Form B-230).
