Welcome to Lit Lounge. This chill new book club is designed for adult readers of young adult (YA) literature. Each meeting we'll chat about a trendy YA genre/subgenre. Check out our "Recommended Read" or pick your own YA title from that month's genre.
This month we're reading realistic fiction! We recommend reading A Catalog of Burnt Objects by Shana Youngdahl. In it, high school student, Caprice (Cappy) grapples with familial tension and communal loss as her small California town is ravaged by wildfire.
Open to adults 18+. Registration through the Library is required.
