We are living in a time that feels often confusing and stressful. People are more anxious and there is a struggle to find ways to stay positive and true to our inner core. Incorporating meditation in our lives can be the change that can make a big difference in our life and in the lives of others. Please join us as Matthew Raider, MD, a Clinical Physician and Coordinating Director of the Geriatric Teaching Program in Family Medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Connecticut, discusses the benefits of meditation, including a chance to try a simple meditation technique.
