We are living in a time that feels often confusing and stressful. Individuals are more anxious and there is a struggle to find ways to stay positive. Incorporating meditation in our lives can be the change that can make a big difference in our life and in the lives of others. Please join Matthew Raider, MD, who is a Clinical Physician and Coordinating Director of the Geriatric Teaching Program in Family Medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Connecticut. He has been practicing meditation for over 30 years.
