Three local Poet Laureates will read from their work: Gabriella Brand of North Haven, Rich Magee of Bethel, and Tony Fusco of West Haven.
Gabriella Brand's short stories, poetry and essays have appeared in over fifty literary publications. She has read her work for Open Mic on the Air, at the Montreal Poetry Fest, and at Le Poisson Rouge in NYC. Gabriella is a Pushcart Prize nominee. Rich Magee, a native Californian, holds a Ph.D from Fordham and teaches English at Sacred Heart University. Tony Fusco is the author of six books of poetry and past editor of the Connecticut River Review.
