Join Sound Practitioner, Kelvin Young, as he plays the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes and other healing instruments (tools) to activate the relaxation response to calm your mind, relax your body, feel your emotions and nourish your soul. Chairs will be provided but feel free to bring a yoga mat, if you wish to lay down.
Kelvin Young is an award-winning sound healer and co-founder of Soul Care Love, LLC. He is passionate about holding space for people to heal and is known for his warm, loving and down-to-earth way of connecting with people.
