Program Description
Event Details
Join us in welcoming our newest Youth Poet Laureate, Gavin Knauft. Gavin is a multi-sport athlete and junior at North Haven High School. He has served three years as class president and is the founder and chief editor of the high school's new literary magazine.
During the reception, Gavin will share original poems then invite others to read as well. Audience members are encouraged to read poetry they have crafted or a poem by their favorite poet.
Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library. Registration required.
