In this class, students will get to explore the physical benefits of Yin Yoga as well as how it can help us energetically, emotionally and mentally. Yin Yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.

Debate Topic #2: Should single-use plastics be banned to protect the environment? 

This workshop will explore care and support services. We’ll examine how best to prepare for future care decisions and changes, including respite care, residential care and end-of-life care.
