Time to shake, rattle and roll… at the library.  We’ll read some groovy stories, sing songs and play instruments in this loosely structured, rockin’ storytime. 

The Electors, as originally known as, was an aspect of that system of Checks & Balances known to be required for a functioning system of representative government, known as the American Republic.
