Slow down, take a deep breath, and let’s meditate together! Join Johanne Vannelli as she leads us through a mindfulness and meditation session.

Johanne Vannelli is a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor. She received her certification in November 2014 from the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona Arizona.

A program designed to empower women with the skills and confidence to protect themselves to protect themselves in various situations. The class will cover basic techniques for defending against common physical threats.
