Slow down, take a deep breath, and let’s meditate together! Join Johanne Vannelli as she leads us through a mindfulness and meditation session.

Johanne Vannelli is a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor. She received her certification in November 2014 from the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona Arizona.
