Mantras are words or phrases often repeated to help release stress and increase mindfulness. Come relax after your first day of school as we explore different mantras and the effects they might have on your mind. If there's bad weather, meet us in Teen Haven.
This program series is designed to give teens a space to decompress, reflect, and learn about mindful practices. Join us every other Monday throughout July and August for a different activity!
Students entering grades 6-12 are invited to participate. Registration is encouraged.
