Let's go through the basics of Yoga using the step-by-step videos on Hiveclass. New to yoga? Us too! We'll learn together.

This program series is designed to give teens a space to decompress, reflect, and learn about mindful practices. Join us every other Monday throughout July and August for a different activity!

Students entering grades 6-12 are invited to participate. Registration is encouraged.
