Tai Chi is a slow moving exercise that's gentle on your body, decreases stress, and greatly improves balance. Join us as our instructor, Debbie Wooley, teaches us Sun style which is the youngest form of Tai Chi. No equipment or experience is needed.
Premier instructor Debbie Wooley, certified under Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Health Institute with 14 years of teaching experience.
This program series is designed to give teens a space to decompress, reflect, and learn about mindful practices. Join us every other Monday throughout July and August for a different activity!
Students entering grades 6-12 are invited to participate. Registration is encouraged.
