Mood journaling can be an awesome way to keep track of your thoughts and feelings. Let's personalize our journal covers and explore some mood-tracking templates. Participants will be given a small, blank notebook to keep. If there's bad weather, meet us in Teen Haven.
This program series is designed to give teens a space to decompress, reflect, and learn about mindful practices. Join us every other Monday throughout July and August for a different activity!
Students entering grades 6-12 are invited to participate. Registration is required for this event.
